| Our special order policies are simple. 1) A 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. 2) Orders cannot be canceled or exchanged once the order has been placed with the factory. 3) Under certain circumstances, some factories will accept cancelation of orders prior to shipment. In this case you, the consumer, are responsible for any restocking fees, which may amount to 25% of the original purchase price. |
